Cancellation Policy

Rosco’s Milford Kayaks reserves the right to cancel or amend any trip due to road, sea or weather conditions. If we have to cancel due to such circumstances, a full refund is given.

Cancellations by the client are required 24 hours in advance and there will be no charge.
No refund will be given in the event of the following:
- Less than 24 hours notice
- No show or late for departure
- Rosco’s Milford Kayaks staff deem a client not suitable to complete the trip due to ill health, intoxication or poor level of fitness etc.

We apply a strict cancellation policy as we work with small groups and cancellations can affect us significantly. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance which will cover potential cancellations situations.
