The Afternoon Delight covers the majority of the fjord you are taken out by our water taxi to views of the Tasman Sea (weather permitting), and then kayak back from there, this is our fastest paced, hardest trip with around 4+ hours of reasonably continuous paddling we recommend this trip more for advanced kayakers.
IS THIS TRIP FOR YOU?
The Afternoon Delight trip will suit you if:
- You are happy to kayak for up to 4+ hours in potentially turbulent waters.
- You have high levels of water confidence & physical fitness.
- You love playing in the wind & waves and aren’t afraid to get wet!
- For safety reasons this trip is for 16 years and over only, if bookings are made for children younger than 16, your trip may be cancelled on site by the guide and no refunds given.
Note: Spaces are limited on each trip. If you book a trip that turns out isn’t right for you, you are taking the space from someone who could have enjoyed it! We cannot refund you if your guide deems you unsuitable to paddle, so please choose with care. If this looks too tough, might the Sunriser Classic suit you better?
